About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Support Specialist to join our team and work in a modern, fully cloud-based, Microsoft-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 2 support across Microsoft 365 platforms including Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Defender, and Exchange Online.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues via HALO ITSM and remote tools.
  • Administer Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager including compliance and Conditional Access.
  • Support Microsoft 365 platforms: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, and Entra ID.
  • Implement and manage security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles.

Requirements:
  • Experience in aged care or healthcare IT is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in a similar Level 2 or escalated support role.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft cloud technologies.
