About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to contribute to the successful implementation of our HR systems integration program.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for seamless system integration.
  • Map current and future state processes to support integration and improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Develop high-quality documentation, diagrams, and reports for steering committees and technical teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of HR-related systems and workflows, optimizing their effectiveness.
  • Support the testing and implementation phases to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role, preferably in HR or enterprise systems environments.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, business improvement analysis, and documentation using tools like Visio.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic project environment.
  • Experience in HR systems projects, with exposure to Workday considered beneficial but not essential.
