Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying and documenting end-to-end functionality and compatibility between various systems.

You will collaborate with different teams, including HR and internal stakeholders, to deliver transformation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include project management activities, transition preparation, delivery, and stakeholder interactions.

This is a fixed-term opportunity that requires a high level of commitment to our zero-harm behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the facilitation of ongoing integration and identify risks or issues.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document business requirements.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure new processes meet company standards for data security.
  • Assist in managing processes by coordinating with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Create detailed documentation, including business requirements and process flows.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A specialist background in HR Information Systems, preferably with experience in Workday and HR ServiceNow.
  • The ability to discuss technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving change environment and supporting others through change.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.
