We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a farm assistant in rural Victoria. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mixed farming operations and be able to assist in the smooth operation of our enterprise.

The role involves assisting in all aspects of farm operations, including preparing, sowing, spraying, fertilizing, and harvesting crops. You will also be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repairs of equipment, occasional truck driving, and animal husbandry.

About You:

• You must have significant experience in mixed farming operations and understand what is required to assist in the smooth operation of the enterprise.
• You should have a good attention to detail, be mechanically minded, and cost-conscious.
• You must be able to work autonomously and be a competent operator on various machinery associated with sowing and harvesting.
• You should be ready to settle either independently or with your family and be genuine about securing long-term employment.
