Senior Instructional Designer

Monash University is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join the McKinnon Institute for Political Leadership.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight of the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives. They will provide expert educational advice and guidance to academic and professional staff and faculty to support the design, development of content, curriculum, and teaching approaches to enhance participant learning.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires a postgraduate qualification with extensive experience and expertise in instructional/educational design, extensive experience in instructional design for executive education offerings, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training, and/or experience.
