Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality learning materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning activities, exercises, and assessments that cater to the diverse needs of our target audience.
You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify training gaps and develop solutions that meet the needs of our learners.
Your expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and technology will enable you to create engaging and effective learning experiences that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop learning materials, including courses, modules, and assessments, that align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of our learners.
- Develop exercises and activities that enhance the learning process and promote knowledge retention.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders to ensure seamless delivery of learning materials.
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer who has a proven track record of designing and developing high-quality learning materials.
You will have excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and adult learning principles.
You will be able to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of our learners.
