  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan resourcing for current and upcoming projects and business development activities.
  • Document the resource planning process and develop metrics to measure its effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and meet set KPIs.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, information technology, business, management, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years' experience in PMO or program/project management on resourcing projects.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed resources.
  • Ability to work within a matrix organization structure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
