As a seasoned health and safety expert, you will lead the delivery of projects involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, governance, audit, and analytical frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to project planning and execution, applying technical expertise in health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, providing guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Three to five years of experience in health and safety management systems, auditing, risk management, or equivalent operational experience.
- A proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, experience working as part of a high-performing team, and ability to travel as required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a genuine interest in health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Curious mindset, strong desire to learn and upskill, along with a passion for health, safety, and wellbeing.
