About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our vibrant team and contribute to providing exceptional experiences for children in our care.

As a Second-in-Charge, you will work closely with our Director of Service to develop and implement engaging programs that meet the needs and preferences of our children.

  • Assist in creating enriching experiences based on child preferences (programming)
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Interact with parents and provide support with their enquiries
  • Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies as needed
  • Play and interact with primary school-aged children
  • Co-manage or coordinate during school holidays

The successful candidate will be passionate about working with children, possess excellent communication skills, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential, as we offer training opportunities.
