Job Description

The Role of an Implementation Manager is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of business and technology implementation activities across various streams. This involves providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure successful migration outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate releases to monitor/manage UAT and Implementation activities and dependencies.
  • Produce a strategy and detailed plan for Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth implementation across all releases.
  • Collate stream UAT and Implementation status reporting and report in to appropriate management forums.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and blockers to executive program management.
  • Establish a Joint Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Implementation Readiness Forum for joint tracking of key UAT and Implementation activities/deliverables/milestones.
Requirements
  • Experience in Financial industry preferred.
  • Experience in Release management and execution of Implementation activities required.
  • Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth business domain experience desirable.
