Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of a transformative project, driving efficiency and growth through effective system integration.

This part-time contract role will see you take end-to-end ownership of the project, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless system integrations, support business process improvement, and embed new ways of working across the organisation.

About the Project
  • Lead the implementation of our NetSuite Phase 2 rollout, managing timelines, scope, and resources.
  • Coordinate integrations between NetSuite, Cloud WMS, and related platforms (OMS, fulfillment, multi-store stock transfers).
  • Engage stakeholders across multiple functions, driving adoption through clear communication and change management.
  • Oversee vendor management with system integrators to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Track and report progress to senior leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Key Skills Required
  • Strong ERP implementation experience (NetSuite or equivalent), ideally with WMS/retail integrations.
  • A track record of delivering multi-phase, organisation-wide transformation projects.
  • Experience in retail or warehouse environments, with knowledge of fulfillment and multi-store operations.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
