As the Functional consultant /Lead for Payroll, you will pay a pivotal role in the implementation of the payroll functionalities, as part of a larger, enterprise wide, Workday Implementation.

You will work closely with the the Senior Project Manager, Product Owner and Senior Payroll Consultant to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will;
- Have Prior Payroll functional deployment experience and sound knowledge of Payroll business processes.
- 3+ years of hands on Project Delivery experience
- Payroll Transformation experience, including requirements, design, build, test, change and go-live support.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-changing environments
- Experience in data mapping and advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication, Senior stakeholder management and be confident working with a range of vendors/implementation partners
- Be based in Melbourne OR Sydney, & have full Australian Working rights.
