Medical Regulatory Lawyer Role

LegalVision is a leader in delivering legal services, assisting over 150,000 businesses across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. We're seeking a mid-level Medical Regulatory Lawyer to join our Commercial Contracts Practice Group.

This role involves working directly with large, multinational corporations across the healthcare industry on complex projects, as well as with SME clients. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team of lawyers on medical regulatory compliance and general commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients to build and manage relationships;
  • Advising on therapeutic goods regulations, privacy, health information regulation, and more;
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including clinical trial agreements and goods and services agreements;
Requirements:
  • Quality experience: 2-4 years in a reputable legal environment;
  • Experience in medical regulatory compliance, preferably with Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods registrations and listings;
  • Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently;
  • Collaborative and autonomous attitude, with a passion for client service;
