Competition and Consumer Law Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Law Specialist to join our team. As a leading national law firm, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client service with a friendly and collaborative ethos.

  • We provide a broad scope of legal services across various industries, with a key focus on competition and consumer law. This includes competition advice, litigation, marketing and advertising clearance work, consumer law litigation, regulatory investigations and prosecutions, general commercial litigation, and class actions.

You will be working within a collegiate atmosphere and a supportive environment, collaborating closely with senior practitioners who have extensive experience in front-end and back-end competition and consumer matters.

  1. Candidates should possess demonstrable experience in litigation and be able to deliver high-quality legal services commensurate with their level of experience.
  2. Support Partners / Special Counsel and other practice group members to achieve group goals involving the delivery of legal services.
  3. Participate in professional development activities when required and be able to clearly articulate technical arguments.
  4. Research complex legal matters and provide concise and accurate summaries and advice to senior practitioners and clients.
