IdAM Consultant Role Overview

This is a high-profile IdAM consultant position that requires expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering complex identity and access management solutions.

The successful candidate will lead teams of consultants to develop and implement IdAM solutions that meet the needs of clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

  • A minimum of 8 years experience working in Professional Services, Cyber Security, and Technology with strong exposure to IdAM.
  • Experience with market-leading IdAM vendor products including CyberArk, Okta, IBM, SailPoint, Dell, or Microsoft.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Architect Complex IdAM Solutions: Develop comprehensive IdAM frameworks to support system-wide security and IDAM technical architecture requirements.
  2. Define Processes for Security Platforms: Establish processes for security platforms, system specifications, and technical and business compatibility.
  3. Identify, Analyze, and Resolve Design Weaknesses: Identify, analyze, and resolve design weaknesses in IdAM solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IdAM concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
  2. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead teams of consultants.
  3. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
