Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs and solutions across various client environments.

The successful candidate will manage a team of identity specialists, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through to implementation and transition to support.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery, managing project planning and resourcing, coordinating cross-functional identity specialists, and providing delivery oversight and quality assurance.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and projects across multiple clients and sectors
  • Manage project planning, resourcing, execution, and reporting across delivery teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional identity specialists across technologies
  • Provide delivery oversight and quality assurance for design, implementation, testing, and handover activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in IAM, security, or IT delivery roles, including team leadership
Proven experience delivering digital identity solutions using platforms such as Ping Identity, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Delinea, or Microsoft Identity platforms
Solid understanding of IAM domains including identity lifecycle, authentication, access management, governance, and privileged access
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relevant certifications in identity platforms, cloud platforms, or project management (desirable)
