About the Role

Crown Equipment is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Branch Administrator to oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administrative Support – Provide crucial administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our branch, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing daily tasks.
  • Inventory Management – Assist with inventory management, including coordinating stocktake and maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Customer Service – Support the departments with the preparation of quotes and invoices for customers, while also assisting with rental agreements.
  • Organisational Skills – Utilise strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring the accurate maintenance of records and databases.

Requirements

  • Administrative Experience – Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Technical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
