Role Overview

Apart from having a passion for cooking, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cook who can create healthy menus for our children. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare and implement nutritious food that caters to the dietary needs of children of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the nutritional content of menus for children of all ages.
  • Cook and prepare meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Assist in the management of kitchen resources, including inventory, ordering, and budgeting.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that all meals meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Participate in our commitment to teaching children about healthy eating habits and nutrition through lessons and family events.

About You

  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Experienced in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management, and budget control.
  • Strict about complying with relevant food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Able to cater for individual child requirements, including allergies, specific dietary needs, and cultural preferences.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday.
