About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at Affinity Education. As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple centres, supporting educators and engaging with children, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support educators across different rooms at the centre
  • Engage with children, families, and team members
  • Assist with daily centre practices
  • Support educators with children's learning and documentation

Requirements

  • Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent or actively working towards)
  • Willing to travel between multiple services and be available on short notice
  • A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Prior experience in a long day care service

What We Offer

  • A casual position where you choose the hours and days you work to fit in with your schedule
  • Ability to accept shifts via an application easily downloadable to your mobile device – accept shifts any time of the day
  • Work between Monday – Friday within the opening and closing hours of the centres from 6am to 6pm – NO WEEKEND WORK
  • Competitive rates from $28 - $35 (negotiable) per hour + Uniform provided
