Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary Care Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality primary care services to patients in accordance with best practice and RACGP guidelines.

  • Inspecting and updating patient records
  • Diagnosing common ailments such as colds, flu, and diabetes
  • Administering medication topically, orally, and via intravenous or intramuscular injections
  • Prescribing appropriate medications and lifestyle alterations
  • Collecting samples and sending them to laboratories for further testing
  • Anticipating and responding to patients' wellness-related questions and concerns
  • Administering or prescribing appropriate treatment
  • Providing skin checks
  • Mental Health Consultations
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Preventative Health Consultations

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Fellowed General Practitioner
  • Education, qualifications, and training
  • Maintain CPD
  • Attendance at medical conferences and presentations
  • Attending Webinars provided by medical professionals
