We are seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to join our project delivery team. In this role, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of inspection and testing systems across our projects.
About the OpportunityThis is an excellent chance to work closely with our Engineering, Project Delivery, and Construction teams to embed quality into every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Drive the standardisation and continual improvement of inspection and testing processes across projects
- Support project teams in the setup and implementation of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Certificates (ITCs)
- Conduct internal and supplier audits, reviews, and system health checks
- Champion non-conformance and root cause analysis processes
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- At least 3 years' experience in quality, ideally on high voltage energy or civil infrastructure projects from either a project based or centralised function role
- A recognised qualification in Quality Management or a related field
- A certified or qualified quality auditor, with demonstrated experience planning and conducting audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent
- Practical experience developing and implementing ITPs, ITCs, and inspection/testing systems
