Key Responsibilities
  • Developing internal communications and providing advice and support to the organisation.
  • Facilitating communication channels between the executive team and the broader organisation.
  • Publishing newsletters for the entire organisation and leaders.
  • Driving recognition programs, including monthly team awards and annual events.
  • Maintaining up-to-date information through the intranet and other channels.
  • Working with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure a consistent approach.
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in Marketing, Communications and Public Relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adjust style to different audiences.
  • Effective relationship building skills.
  • A creative and adaptable approach.
  • Capability in developing engaging communications.
  • Experience in coordinating and organising events and projects.
  • A passion for employee connection, communication and development.
