Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional first-level customer service to Bright & Duggan Property Group clients via national administration tasks within the National Customer Operations team. This includes managing national phone lines and supporting various group offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and written communication.
- Manage customer care inbox queries and shared inboxes across multiple brands and group offices.
- Coordinate archiving, certificate requests, portal requests, and agreement-related tasks.
- Process return mail and electronic post, as well as manage meeting rooms and boardrooms.
- Perform general administration tasks, including filing, stationery ordering, and mail management.
- Act as reception relief, attending to office walk-ins and search agents when required.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders through excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to juggle competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
