We are seeking an individual who is self-driven, enjoys variety, and can demonstrate exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. As an Administrator/Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting and undertaking scheduling duties, coordinating appointments between customers and staff.

Your administration duties will also include answering phone calls, managing varied lists, and ordering, receiving, packing, and posting supplies for Collectors. Additionally, you will assist in scheduling paramedic rosters and help manage the on-call roster for collectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate schedules and appointments between customers and staff.
  2. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  3. Order and receive supplies for Collectors.
  4. Assist in scheduling paramedic rosters and manage on-call rosters.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  2. Proven experience in administration and customer service.
  3. Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel functions and Word templates.
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
