Support Coordinator - Sports Operations

We are seeking a highly energetic and hard-working professional to join our Bunker Operations team as a Support Coordinator. This role will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and reporting on our Match Day Tracking Solutions in the Catapult Bunker in Melbourne.

As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing pre-match, in-match and post-match workflows and tasks to set up and monitor our Match Day Systems. You will provide remote telephone & desktop support to competing teams, live communication (via Instant Messaging), updates and support to 'at-venue' operational staff.

You will be working closely with our Senior Manager, Product Support, to ensure key milestones are met from pre-match setup through to post-match report delivery. You will escalate high-impact or time-sensitive issues pre-, during and post-match when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and monitor of match day tracking solutions
  • Provide remote telephone & desktop support to competing teams
  • Live communication (via Instant Messaging) with at-venue operational staff
  • Escalate high-impact or time-sensitive issues pre-, during and post-match when appropriate

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have general computer and technical skills, and great attention to detail. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are also essential.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Experience or current study in a sports and/or technology-related field is desirable. Experience following and completing specific workflows/processes/checklists is also beneficial.
