About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Luxury Escapes. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating and signing sales & marketing campaigns with hotels and resorts that are relevant to our lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and sign sales & marketing campaigns with hotels and resorts that meet our quality standards.
  • Deliver and maintain a strong pipeline of campaigns on your designated regions, consisting of new and pre-existing partners.
  • Achieve a minimum revenue target per quarter.
  • Achieve a minimum number of signed campaigns per quarter.
  • Develop and deliver a market plan linked back to your revenue and signings target which identifies all prospective partner opportunities.
  • Initiate and maintain a high level of contact with a minimum number of hotel and resort partners on a weekly basis with all activity to be recorded in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service and the operations teams to ensure all campaigns are successful and accurately communicated.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a sales & contracting expert who will passionately and energetically negotiate and maintain new hotel and resort partnerships across the 3-4 star value segment for brands including Scoopon. You'll be creative, passionate, skilled in sales, commercial negotiation, and will be responsible for the creation of a sustainable client base, building solid long-term relationships through the highlighting of the unique value proposition which Luxury Escapes can provide to customers and suppliers alike.
