About Our Team Member

Our team is looking for a qualified Care Facilitator to join our group of dedicated professionals who work with emotionally intelligent robots designed to bring care, conversation, and joy to people in need.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with seniors or patients in healthcare settings and can create engaging and interactive experiences that stimulate cognitive and social responses.

This role involves working closely with our robot technology to foster meaningful connections and enhance the quality of life for residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead engaging and interactive group activities with the robot, including games and exercises designed to stimulate cognitive and social responses.">
  • Conduct One-on-One Interactions: Facilitate meaningful and personalized conversations with residents and patients, enhancing their experience with the robot.">
  • Working with Technology: Monitor and adapt activities and interactions to suit individual preferences and abilities.">
  • Manage Session Logistics: Ensure sessions start and end on time, maintain and set up equipment, communicate effectively with care home professionals, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.">

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and a genuine interest in using technology to foster human connections.

A valid driver's license is also required, as some locations may require travel by car.
