Program Management Opportunity

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the Official Visitors Program under the NSW Mental Health Act (2007) with the Principal Official Visitor. The role involves providing strategic leadership, overseeing business and human resource functions, and ensuring compliance with public sector accountabilities and relevant NSW Health policy directives.

About This Role
  • Lead the Official Visitors Program in collaboration with the Principal Official Visitor.
  • Manage the human resources functions of the Official Visitors Program including recruitment, onboarding, appraisals, development, and workplace learning of Official Visitors and administrative team members.
  • Oversee the administrative and business requirements of the Official Visitors Program including financial tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and program realignment to changing and emerging mental health policy and practices by collating, analyzing, and evaluating data outcomes of the Program.
