BioBag now has an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, environmentally conscious Customer Service/Sales professional to join their growing team

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Director, as a Customer Service/Sales professional with BioBag you will be responsible for maintaining and managing an effective flow of administrative work and ensure phone calls and customer queries are attended to in an efficient and timely manner. You will assist with inbound sales enquiries and lead generation, working closely with the Sales Manager to triumph sales targets and organisation KPI's.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Providing clear & efficient product, technical and costing support to customers
- Pick and pack of BioBag customer orders
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients from various industries
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Assisting with outbound customer sales when required

**About You**

With demonstrated experience in a past customer service/administration role, you will have a strong customer-focus with the ability to build meaningful relationships with BioBag's diverse stakeholders. To effectively manage a varied workload, you will have great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role, you will have/be:

- Passionate for the environment and the values that accord with BioBags
- Friendly demeanour with the ability to foster relationships with people of all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to determine client's needs and provide suitable recommendations for their benefit
- A pro-active attitude with the ability to work unsupervised
- Previous sales experiences desired but not essential
