Customer Service Ambassador

This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can provide top-notch service via various channels. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound sales and service enquiries with ease and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to adapt to minimal guidance and work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and workload effectively.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding KPI targets, focusing on call quality and customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and provide exceptional service in areas such as returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting, and other after-sales enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound sales and service enquiries.
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
  • Achieving and exceeding KPI targets with a focus on call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing quality service and support in various areas, including returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting, and other after-sales enquiries.
