Warehouse Supervisor

This leadership role is a key position in the Warehouse team, responsible for achieving team KPIs and individual goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse leadership role or similar leadership role;
  • Proven ability to lead and maintain high outcomes both personally and within their team;
  • Excellent communication skills to manage their team effectively;

Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of all employees by complying with legislative requirements and following correct safety procedures in accordance with company policy;

  • Maintaining relationships between internal and external stakeholders, including 3PL providers and clients;
  • Safely operating warehouse machinery such as counterbalance and high-reach forklifts;

Key Responsibilities
