About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive within a government department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to the senior executive office
- Manage diary appointments and meetings efficiently
- Support meetings with agenda presentation and minute taking
- Develop relationships with senior executives across government agencies
- Maintain accurate administrative, financial, and information filing systems
- Prepare briefings, correspondence, and memos for the senior executive office
- Monitor progress of matters through a register
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a state government organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Ability to establish effective working relationships
