Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Maintenance Technicians at our hotel are responsible for ensuring the building, plant & equipment, and fixtures and fittings are maintained to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
About the Role:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs, patching & painting, plumbing, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.
- Servicing of plant and general equipment as directed.
- General Gardening and Groundskeeping.
- Assist other team members in the completion of their duties.
About You:
- A proven record of reliability, punctuality, and presentation.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- A solid understanding of Safe Work Practices and WH&S.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
