Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a motivated and reliable part-time Handyperson to perform basic maintenance and repair tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all facilities are in excellent working order, responding promptly to requests, and conducting regular inspections of equipment and systems.
Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory of tools and supplies, requesting replacements as necessary, and assisting with setup and breakdown for special events or room configurations.
In addition, the Handyperson will follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on maintenance of fixed plant or equipment systems, knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies, good written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation and proactivity in their approach to work, punctuality and reliability, and flexibility with shifts.
