We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team as a Data Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to utilize their skills in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-making and efficiency across perioperative services.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with clinical leaders and managers to ensure accurate and timely data capture from multiple information systems. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical interpretation and analysis of data to prepare reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical leadership and exercise professional judgment in the analysis and interpretation of data
• Develop and maintain data extraction, analysis, and report development processes
• Collaborate with the clinical team to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based practice changes
• Contribute to the evaluation, innovation, and development of services provided by the unit/service
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• A demonstrated clinical experience in the relevant practice area
• The ability to provide clinical leadership, exercise professional judgment, and work with minimal supervision
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
