Clinical Lead for Mental Health Services

This position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality mental health services, aligning with National Mental Health Standards and principles.


The Role:
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure optimal outcomes for attendees, their families, carers, and friends.
  • Supervise and support Peer Workers in delivering comprehensive mental health care.
  • Drive leadership, direction, and change management to foster service development and compliance with operational models.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute significantly to the culture, leadership, and day-to-day management of mental health services.
  • Offer ongoing education and support to Peer Workers as required.
  • Empower consumers, and families/friends, as experts and leaders of their own care.
Selection Criteria:
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
