Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Technical Expertise:
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to customers remotely and in-person.
- Facilitate solution discovery, overview, and deep dive sessions with clients.
- Communicate with prospective customers to guide them through their evaluation and selection process.
- Develop tailored environments for customer proof of concept during the sales cycle.
- Participate in proposal writing to showcase how products satisfy customer requirements.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product management and development teams.
- Understand customer business objectives to align technology solutions.
- Establish relationships with key customer advocates to drive long-term solution adoption.
- Develop customer buying vision for technology solutions.
- Requirements:
- Authority in software and services solutions.
- Understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration.
- Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of M365 Security & Compliance, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, and Azure solutions.
- Confident presentation skills and ability to communicate technical value to customers.
- Ability to think strategically and maintain excellent relationships with partners and colleagues.
