We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team.
This role combines technical expertise with customer-focused delivery and pre-sales consulting, making it an ideal fit for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience working with clients across various industries and will be able to provide technical guidance, pre-sales consulting, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Manage client relationships across small to mid-size client bases.
- Provide technical support and guidance on IT infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with service desk, field techs, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Substantial experience working with clients of varying sizes (sub 50 to 500 seats).
- Strong technical and business competence in IT infrastructure.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding support and advice within an MSP or similar IT service provider.
