Join our dynamic team at FoodWorks Red Cliffs, a thriving community-focused grocery store + liquor store dedicated to providing quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are passionate about supporting our local community and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our dedicated team and drive the success of our Red Cliffs store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in retail management.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the grocery sector
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and budgeting

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance
  • Hire, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to optimize operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to meet customer demand
  • Drive sales growth and achieve store targets through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and inspire team members
