Job Opportunity:
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and management of investigations, including conducting preliminary inquiries, analyzing records, preparing reports, and providing high-level support to the Judicial Commission and investigation panels.
Main Duties and Expectations- To receive, assess, and investigate complaints against judicial officers, using evidence-based analysis and a thorough understanding of relevant legislation.
- To provide administrative and investigative support to the Commission, Principal Officer, and investigation panels.
- To engage with stakeholders, including complainants, witnesses, legal advisors, and other parties involved in the complaint process.
- To manage and coordinate complex investigations, ensuring that they are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legislative provisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting investigations, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex situations.
