We are seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead innovative quality improvement and workforce development initiatives, emphasizing community engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed Cultural Integrity and Family Centred Practice Frameworks to ensure services support the growth and development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
  • Lead the effective management and implementation of projects and initiatives as directed by the Executive Director, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to ensure a coordinated approach to Planning, Development, and Delivery of Primary health care, Family Wellbeing, and Staying Deadly services.
  • Develop mechanisms to determine health and wellbeing needs for the Moreton ATSICHS community and potential models of care to improve access and service delivery.
  • Refine and expand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to capture outcome and impact measures that guide service delivery and are meaningful for clients and families.
  • Foster a culture of openness, transparency, self-reflection, and integrity, encouraging gaps, issues, and incidents to be identified and acted upon in the interests of continually improving the safety and quality of service provision.
  • Provide leadership in the implementation of evidence-based, best practice health and well-being services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families across the SEQ region.
