The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a friendly attitude. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is highly regarded. Experience with medical software, such as Halaxy, would also be an advantage.
You will work closely with administrators, clinicians, and other stakeholders to complete tasks efficiently. Effective communication, prioritization, and multitasking are essential skills for this role. Additionally, you must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times and understand the importance of privacy policies.
About You- A background in a similar front-of-house or administration role is highly valued.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new software programs are required.
- Prior experience in billing and maintaining systems using different medical software is highly regarded.
- Able to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
