Role Profile

We are seeking Defence specialists to support major government and industry projects nationwide. Our roles are based across Australia.

Main responsibilities involve:

  • Project Management/Support – Lead or assist the delivery of critical projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
  • Commercial Procurement – Provide strategic procurement advice, manage complex contracts, and facilitate commercial negotiations with key Defence stakeholders.
  • Business Development – Drive organisational improvement, business case development, policy advice, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Systems Engineering – Design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge technologies across software and complex systems landscapes.
  • Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) – Deliver tailored ILS strategies including maintenance planning, configuration management, and supply chain support.
  • Project Scheduling – Develop, manage, and optimise detailed project schedules in support of large-scale and long-term initiatives.
  • Technical Documentation – Translate technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for a range of audiences.
  • ICT Professionals – Operate, maintain and optimise information and communication technology infrastructure and systems.
  • Communications & Network Infrastructure – Design, implement, and optimise secure, mission-critical communications and networking solutions across defence and enterprise environments.
