Lead Fintech Strategist for E-commerce

We are seeking an experienced Fintech Strategist to drive our e-commerce finance business forward. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global fintech strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our marketplace platform.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fintech, payments, and marketplaces, with a proven track record of scaling financial products and managing partnerships with banks and PSPs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fintech strategy aligned with our growth roadmap.
  • Manage partnerships with leading banks, PSPs, and BNPL providers across multiple regions.
  • Oversee the design, launch, and scaling of financial products, including payments, lending, and embedded insurance.
  • Ensure global regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across our financial services offerings.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or marketplace financial services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven ability to scale financial products on e-commerce or cross-border platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of global fintech regulations and compliance requirements.
