Leadership Opportunity in E-commerce Finance

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end fintech strategy, including payments, escrow, lending, trade credit, supply chain finance, insurance, and cross-border settlement.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or marketplace financial services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a global fintech strategy aligned with the company's growth roadmap.
  • Build and scale a high-performing fintech team.
  • Lead the design, launch, and scaling of financial products.
  • Manage partnerships with banks, PSPs, BNPL providers, and insurers across multiple regions.
  • Ensure global regulatory and compliance adherence.
  • Drive revenue, product adoption, and operational excellence.
