Technical Lead for AI Automation">

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to spearhead the development of our Agentic AI and automation solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a greenfield team in creating secure, intelligent AI solutions that operate autonomously across complex environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned software engineer or full-stack developer with a passion for AI and automation to take on a strategic leadership role and drive innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the technical strategy and roadmap for agentic AI tooling in close partnership with product and design teams.
  • Provide day-to-day mentoring and career development support to senior and principal engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with product owners to continuously refine and improve intelligent solutions based on user feedback and changing needs.
  • Ensure robust monitoring and observability are embedded from the outset, working closely with SRE teams to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Oversee the design and integration of agentic AI solutions within cloud-native environments, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Work in partnership with cloud, platform, and cyber security teams to ensure that solutions meet the highest standards for data handling, encryption, and compliance.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, including identity and access management (IAM), secure API integration, and governance controls across the toolchain.
  • Manage upwards effectively, communicating clearly with technology leadership and adapting your messaging to suit a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software engineering or full-stack development, with a passion for AI and automation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and best practices in software development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
