Job Description:

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our AI innovation efforts. As the head of our Innovation Lab, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our institution by driving cutting-edge AI projects that empower staff to innovate and enhance decision-making.

About the Role:

  • Lead the execution of our AI Strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement AI use-cases at scale.
  • Ensure all AI initiatives comply with Australian government regulations and ethical standards.

About You:

  • A strategic thinker with a visionary approach to AI innovation.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of the unique nature of central banking and the ability to take a measured approach to balance risk and rewards in AI initiatives.
  • Expertise in data analytics and AI/ML technologies.
