Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Speech Pathologist to provide assessment and intervention services for patients with swallowing and communication disorders in the acute setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, developing positive working relationships with medical officers and other health professionals, and participating in education and professional development initiatives.

  • Responsibilities include providing speech pathology assessment and intervention, developing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress.

This is a temporary full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical knowledge and experience in assessment and treatment of adults with swallowing and communication disorders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Speech Pathologist or higher
  • Experience with VFSS and/or FEES competency essential
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
