Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring seamless transition from multiple legacy systems to a new platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Migration Lead to collaborate across functional teams, obtain data, analyse and consolidate datasets from various sources, enabling consistent and evidence-based decisions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and analysing the volume and type of data to be migrated, understanding target system requirements, identifying and mapping legacy data to target system based on business rules, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and readiness for migration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field with relevant experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in large transformation programs including end-to-end data migration, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
  • Highly developed understanding of ERP platforms and their data structures, with experience and proficiency in migrations across systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data extraction, integrations, conversion, analysis, migration and reporting in a complex environment.
