Senior Surgical Support Specialist

Job Description:
The role involves providing high-level administrative support to our surgeon, including managing appointments, coordinating surgeries and preparing quotes. You will also be responsible for liaising with health funds, medicare and other healthcare professionals, as well as supporting the surgeon with administration in the care of patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a surgical secretary/PA or similar
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
